I saw George Xirogiannis (specialist periodontist) at Bespoke Dental for a 1 hour assessment of a gum lesion that has been troubling me for around a year, with little to no luck visiting my NHS dentists on 4 occasions. It was honestly the best value for money I feel like I have ever had in any healthcare setting. He spent the whole session meticulously trying to get to the bottom of the issue, being genuinely empathetic and listening to my experience + thoughts on the issue, and then actually explained his thinking, likely causes, and the outlooks of potential treatment options. Bespoke then managed a referral for treatment which has so far been great, avoiding sitting on NHS waiting lists indefinitely.
All in all, a really positive experience, I would not think twice about going back, particularly for a situation like this where I felt I needed to be taken seriously by an expert.
