Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellation or Missed Appointments

We seek to help you make adjustments, but please give as much notice as possible. We need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or alter an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may, at our discretion, incur a cancellation fee of £100 or more. In the event of a failure to attend an appointment for treatment arranged for 2 hours or more with the clinician, we may charge 50% of the full treatment fee.

For new patients, failure to attend or provide 48 hours’ notice results in forfeiture of deposit/advanced payment.

For active patients, failure to attend incurs a cancellation charge if our fail to attend / cancellation policy is breached.

Please be aware that if two or more consecutive appointments are cancelled without 48 hours’ notice (or you failed to attend without good reason), we may decline to accept further appointments at the practice.
