Dr Millie was outstanding. She’s warm, kind, and genuinely supportive, but also proactive in a way that really makes a difference. She took the time to explain things clearly – even offering to speak to parents – and she went above and beyond to fit appointments around my travel schedule. She was even chasing Invisalign on my behalf to make sure everything arrived in time. She just has this ability to put you at ease and make you feel confident you’re in the best possible hands.
Ben at the front desk made every visit even better. He’s so welcoming, interesting to talk to, and creates such a positive atmosphere the moment you walk in. I always enjoyed our conversations, and his warmth really set the tone for the whole place.
What could have been a chore became something I actually looked forward to each week. Invisalign is a journey and it makes such a world of difference to have such white-glove support and care throughout. The whole experience, from the actual dentistry, to the front-end professionalism, to the personal touches and genuine care shown – was fantastic.
