Millie has been my dentist for over a decade now. Recently I unexpectedly had a tooth die. I was in a bit of a pain but it was such a relief to me to have Millie. She quickly diagnosed the issue, laid out a clear plan to remediate and worked outside of hours to fix the issue quickly. What would have been very stressful and traumatic was made so much better with an understanding, outstanding dentist that I trusted. A big thank you to her and the Bespoke dental team.

I’ve been doing Invisalign with Dr Millie and am currently about halfway through my treatment. She is an absolute miracle worker and it’s so exciting seeing the changes every week. This is the best Dentist Practice I have been a patient of. Millie and Ben are an amazing team, they make you feel welcome the second you walk in as if you are part of the family, I’d been thinking about Invisalign for a while and I couldn’t be happier I chose Dr Millie. She was extremely thorough, clear and detailed in explaining the treatment. I have already recommended this practice to several friends and they are all equally impressed.

I cannot thank Millie and Ben enough. I chipped my 2 front teeth quite badly. I sent them a message and Ben replied instantly. I was so relieved to hear back so quickly. Next thing I know I’m booked in that afternoon.I was distraught and not in a very good way and Millie and Ben treated me with such kindness. Millie was so gentle with me and worked so hard to restore my teeth back to how they were. I am so grateful and would recommend this practice and Millie to anyone. I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediatly stop what they are doing and greet you.
It is difficult to fully express how incredibly grateful and appreciative I am feeling this evening to Dr Millie, Ben and the whole team at Bespoke Dental Fulham. Two days ago I was suffering from excruciating dental pain that I was told required expert root canal treatment, but that their endodontist was not available for weeks. From the moment I picked up the phone and talked to Ben the next morning, he was calm, attentive, patient, professional and reassuring that BDF would be able to help. The very best customer service from someone who really wanted to help, was just what I needed in a moment of absolute desperation. (As an aside, I would say that I really appreciated that he didnt try to sugar coat anything, he was just honest and clear about what was involved and the likely cost). Within the hour they had arranged for me to see Millie at 8pm that evening. Millie then stayed with me and worked on me for the next 4.5 hours- until 0030 - (yes, really - half past midnight)! At every moment she was caring, thoughtful, professional and highly skilled, always remaining calm and reassuring and positive, even though the procedures were clearly very challenging. She was always careful to explain my options, give all the information I needed to make decisions about the treatment, without trying to influence me in one direction or the other. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone as an amazing expert and truly wonderful specialist. Sadly, despite all Millie's efforts and work, my tooth was too far gone to save and I needed an extraction. No worries though, because by 1000 the next day (this morning) Ben had amazingly arranged to bring in the fabulous Dr George, who demonstrated exactly the same level of professionalism, skill and care that I had already experienced from the BDF team. Again, the extraction was complex (apparently I have teeth that just dont want to let go!) and took over 2 hours, but at every step of the way George was reassuring and patient and positive and clearly very skilled. And along the way, Millie was still popping in between her patients, looking out for me, checking how things were going to see if I was alright. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at BDF. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, you are amazing and a real testament to what people who genuinely care and are dedicated to being the best in their profession can achieve for their patients. Absolutely fantastic service from Millie, I was in a lot of pain and needed a root canal urgently and Millie was a life saver and did one straight away for me dispite it being 8pm. Can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. All staff are kind and friendly and the clinic is absolutely spotlessCould not recommend this clinic enough they are the best of the best.

I was looking for urgent attention given my impending marriage in a few days time, and Ben was super responsive in scheduling an appointment that same evening. Dr Millie was quickly able to diagnose my issue, with care not to perform unnecessary scans and test. I was on my way in a little over an hour. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND QUALITY CARE FROM START TO FINISH: my first dental visit since covid filled me with trepidation but I need not have worried; from walking in the door to leaving, it could not have been nicer, especially the professionalism of Dr Millie and Renata and the care of Ben on reception; it was also good value for money with the cost very reasonable for the care I received so a well deserved 5 stars.
