The level of care and attention to my patient experience right from Ben at reception to all of the specialists and nurses who work with Dr Millie has been outstanding. When I started experiencing pain from a cracked tooth they booked me in that same day after hours and I had a very thorough assessment with Dr Millie with all the latest tech and equipment. Dr Millie is not only extremely experienced especially in endodontics, she is also so warm and caring. I knew I was in the right place as soon as I met her. She helped me come to the best decision for me. In the end I needed an extraction performed by Dr Besi who works closely with Dr Millie and her team. Dr Besi is a specialist in her field of oral surgery. I was quite nervous after having a bad experience with an extraction in the past, Dr Besi put me at ease right away and gave a thorough discussion prior to my treatment and talked me through all the risks and benefits involved and made me feel as relaxed as possible through the experience – she kept checking in with me and i knew i could stop her at any time I needed by raising my hand. I felt in very safe hands with her expertise in oral surgery. Both Dr Millie and Dr Besi gave me as much time as I needed so it didn’t feel rushed and I was sent off with a goodie bag full of dental bits and pieces, instructions, toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash, which was a very nice touch which I didn’t expect. They gave a follow up call the next day to check in with how I was doing – sore and a bit swollen, but so relieved! They really go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable through the whole process even if having your tooth out isn’t the most pleasant experience of your life! I feel very lucky to have found this team of people who really care about their patients. If you want a dentist who really treats you as they would wish to be treated, you know you have found a true gem of a practice. I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone, I will never put off seeing a dentist again!

Bespoke dental Fulham saw me at such short notice as I was in excruciating pain. I was seen by Dr Millie who was very caring and understanding. She immediately listened to my request and managed to get me fitted in for an extraction the very next day at such short notice. Dr Besi was gentle and very informative. She knew I was nervous and handled me with care. The receptionist Ben is always welcoming and it was his understanding over the phone that drew me to book into the dentist. Would 100% recommend the practice.
